These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StoneQuarries.net (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Directory data

Core quarry data is sourced from the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and other public records. We provide this information “as is” without warranty of any kind. Regulatory status, operator information, and other data may change without notice; always verify directly with the quarry or with MSHA before relying on information for business decisions.

2. Claimed listings & subscriptions

Quarry owners or authorized representatives may claim a listing and subscribe to paid plans. By claiming a listing you represent that you have authority to do so on behalf of the business. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and premium features are removed thereafter.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute the directory without written permission.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or abusive content.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security.

4. Quote & claim submissions

When you submit a quote request or claim, you authorize us to share the submitted information with the relevant quarry operator for the purpose of responding. We do not guarantee a response time or outcome.

5. Intellectual property

The site layout, branding, original photography, descriptions, and software are the property of StoneQuarries.net or its licensors. Public-record data remains in the public domain.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STONEQUARRIES.NET IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if your actions harm the integrity of the directory.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
