Review gate
These draft terms adapt the shared EXC-279 legal pages standard for a directory / B2B content product. They are included for implementation review only and must remain draft/review-gated until counsel or Brandon approves final legal text.
Service description
Directory / B2B content product that helps construction buyers, procurement managers, contractors, and quarry operators browse U.S. stone quarries, aggregate suppliers, materials, quarry profiles, buyer guides, maps, and contact/claim/quote flows.
1. Who may use the service
StoneQuarries.net is intended for business and professional users who can form a binding agreement with the approved legal operator. It is not directed to children, and users should not submit children's personal information through contact, claim, quote, account, or support forms.
2. Directory data and listing accuracy
StoneQuarries.net provides an informational directory of stone quarries, aggregate suppliers, materials, public mine records, generated descriptions, maps, and related sourcing guides. Core quarry data may be sourced from the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), other public records, operator submissions, and enrichment workflows.
Directory data can be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, incorrectly geocoded, or changed by quarry operators and government sources without notice. Users are responsible for independently verifying quarry status, location, materials, safety/regulatory information, pricing, availability, licensing, insurance, and suitability directly with the quarry/operator and applicable government records before relying on the information for procurement, safety, compliance, or business decisions.
3. Accounts, claims, and authorized submissions
If listing claim, account, quote, contact, or premium-listing workflows are enabled, users must provide accurate information and must only submit or update information they are authorized to provide. A person claiming or editing a quarry listing represents that they have authority to act for the listed business or operator.
Listing claims, quote requests, subscriptions, billing, and lead forwarding are available subject to verification, plan eligibility, these terms, and the Privacy Policy. StoneQuarries.net does not guarantee lead volume, buyer intent, pricing, availability, delivery, or a completed transaction.
4. Contact forms, quote requests, and operator communications
When users submit contact, claim, quote, or sourcing-help forms, the submitted information may be used to respond to the request, verify a listing, prevent abuse, and, where an approved workflow permits, route the request to a relevant quarry operator or service provider. StoneQuarries.net does not guarantee that any quarry will respond, that a quote will be available, or that listed suppliers can fulfill a request.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, unauthorized, infringing, or unlawful information.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, copy, resell, or redistribute directory data, generated content, photos, maps, or guides without written permission.
- Do not use the service for spam, malware, harassment, deceptive lead generation, credential attacks, security probing, or attempts to bypass browse-only/approval gates.
- Do not interfere with the operation, reliability, security, rate limits, authentication, payment, CMS/admin, or anti-abuse controls of the service.
6. Third-party services
StoneQuarries.net may rely on Vercel for hosting and platform logs, Clerk for authentication when configured, Payload CMS and PostgreSQL/Neon for CMS and app data, Vercel Blob or compatible storage for media, Resend for transactional/contact email if enabled, Stripe for payments and billing only where approved, Google Analytics for optional analytics after consent, Google Maps embeds for maps, Google reCAPTCHA for anti-abuse on protected forms, Sentry for diagnostics when configured, and MSHA/public data sources for directory facts.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Users should not submit sensitive regulated information unless a separately approved workflow explicitly supports that data.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, branding, software, original copy, generated descriptions, photos or illustrations supplied by the operator, guides, and other operator-provided materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. Public-record source data remains subject to the terms, rights, and limitations that apply to those public sources.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service and draft legal pages are provided as is and as available. StoneQuarries.net does not provide legal, procurement, engineering, safety, regulatory, environmental, financial, or professional advice. Warranty disclaimers and liability limitations require counsel/Brandon approval before publication as final legal terms.
9. Termination and changes
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, legal exposure, nonpayment where paid plans are approved, or violation of approved terms. Terms may be updated when the product, providers, business model, data sources, or legal requirements change.
